  • 17,000 THB per month
  • 3,000 THB attendance bonus

  • 40 hours per week across three shift patterns
  • On-going training provided

You must be at least 22-years-old and currently based in Thailand to be considered for this position.

 

Our client is currently expanding their Enquiry Handler Team and are looking for a Spanish-speaking, motivated, confident, and hard working person to fit into their strong team. You will be responsible for providing prospective clients with detailed information about our services, addressing client queries, handling incoming/outgoing client enquiries and transferring calls to relevant departments and liaising with the Sales/Technical teams when required.

The skills required are:

  • Spanish Speaking
  • Prior experience in a call centre or sales environment, or the desire to learn;
  • Excellent IT skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience of/interested in Information Technology;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Be organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Work independently and be self-motivated;
  • Professional attitude and appearance; and
  • Have the ability to work well with co-workers and have a positive attitude.


A real enthusiasm and willingness to learn will also be a requirement for consideration for this position.
